Labeling Machine KRONES Contiroll HS 966-24, year 2012

This Krones Contiroll roll feed sleever has been used for three years before it was professionally dismantled, packaged for transportation and placed in a warehouse. It makes wrap-around plastic labels glued with two narrow strips of hotmelt glue on both ends of the label. Labels are fed on two rolls and change from one to another roll is automatic. It has been used for wrap around label up to 45 000 bph using 20 oz hot fill vitamin water.

The equipment has following features:

• Parallel configuration U (infeed and outfeed on same side)
• One labeling station with two reels, automatic change over
• Bottle orientation by vision system
• Motorized bottle tabels, using servo motors
• Cutting system plates using servo motor
• Label lengths of between 172 mm and 640 mm can be handled with one labeling station
• Motorized double reels with automatic splicing of the label webs during reel change-over
• All label transfers are done by vacuum grip system
• Replaceable hot melt gluing unit
